1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of InLight, an app operated by Light & Lineage in India. By accessing or using InLight, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use InLight. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and can enter into a binding agreement.
3. Personal guidance only
InLight provides astrology and numerology readings for personal reflection and entertainment. Readings are interpretive, not statements of fact or promises about future events.
InLight is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, relationship, fertility, safety, or other professional advice. Do not use it as a substitute for a qualified professional or as the sole basis for an important decision.
4. Your information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth and name details you enter. Incorrect or incomplete details may change the calculations and readings. How InLight handles information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
5. Permission to use InLight
Light & Lineage gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use InLight for lawful, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse InLight, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce harmful code, scrape or systematically extract its content, reverse engineer protected parts except where law expressly permits it, or use the app or its readings to harm, harass, discriminate against, or make decisions about another person without their consent.
7. Intellectual property
InLight, its name, brand, design, software, calculations, written readings, and other content are owned by or licensed to Light & Lineage and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
8. Availability and changes
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of InLight. We aim to keep the app available and accurate but do not promise uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, or error-free operation.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InLight is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Light & Lineage will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of, reliance on, or inability to use InLight. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights you have under mandatory consumer law, disputes will be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as InLight changes. The effective date above will show the latest version. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Questions can be sent to hello@lightandlineage.com.
