1. Who we are
InLight is an astrology and numerology app operated by Light & Lineage in India. You can contact us at hello@lightandlineage.com.
2. Information used by InLight
To calculate your readings, InLight may use the details you enter, including your name, birth date, birth time, and birthplace. The app may also remember which readings you opened and your chosen colour vibe.
At present, these details are stored locally on your device through your browser or installed app. Light & Lineage does not receive or maintain an account database containing this information.
3. How your readings are created
InLight performs astrology and numerology calculations on your device. Its readings come from pre-written InLight material. InLight does not send your personal details to an artificial intelligence service to generate readings.
4. Technical information
The services used to host and deliver InLight may process limited technical information needed to serve the app securely, such as your IP address, device or browser type, request time, and error or security logs. Their processing is governed by their own privacy terms and applicable law.
5. Cookies and local storage
InLight uses local device storage to remember your profile details, opened readings, and colour preference. This is necessary to preserve your experience on that device. InLight does not currently use advertising cookies.
6. Sharing and sale
Light & Lineage does not sell or rent your personal information. Limited technical information may be handled by service providers that host, secure, or maintain the app, or disclosed when required by law.
7. Retention and your choices
Your locally stored InLight information remains on your device until you clear the app or browser data, remove the installed app and its data, or replace the information. You may contact us to ask about any information you believe Light & Lineage holds about you.
8. Children
InLight is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Security and international processing
We take reasonable steps to protect the app and any information handled by our service providers. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Technical information may be processed outside India where our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
10. Changes and contact
